ISLSOC will provide comprehensive transportation services for delegations' operational needs during 2017 ISLS.

1. A&D Pre-Planned Services (PPS)

Based on the arrival and departure information provided by delegations in advance, on 20 and 27 to 28 March, ISLSOC A&D Working Group will provide delegations with reception services and PPS Shuttle Services between Nanjing Foreign Language School (NFLS) and

•  - Official Port of Entry & Exit: Nanjing Lukou International Airport;

•  - Official Reception Points: Nanjing Railway Station and Nanjing South Railway Station.

2. In-Activity Common Shuttle Services (CSS)

Since participants are required to take part in all activities as one, NFLS will be responsible for the shuttle transportation to and from the Field Trip sites for all delegations.

3. Public Transportation (PT) & Taxis

According to an announcement from Traffic Management Division of Nanjing Public Security Bureau, East Beijing Road, where NFLS is located, is under construction from 3 March to 20 April. Since the traffic condition will be very complicated during 2017 ISLS, and for safety reasons, ISLSOC does not recommend activities outside ISLS Activity Time without being accompanied by local residents.

Nanjing Public Transportation System provides comprehensive and convenient transportation services for citizens and tourists. It mainly includes Metro, Regular Public Bus Services, Public Ferries, and Hexi New Town Modern Trams.

4. About Self-Drive

Holders of a foreign driver's license (including Internation Driver's License) are not permitted to drive any motor vehicle in China Mainland.
